Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Roles

The Service connects two primary user types:

• Tourists may browse, book tours and events, post content, and leave reviews.
• Guides may create tours and events, manage bookings, and receive payouts.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• Payments are held in escrow and released to guides after tour completion and a review window.
• A standard 85/15 split applies to every booking: Lonan Global retains a 15% platform commission on the total booking fee paid by the tourist, and the remaining 85% is paid out to the guide.
• All payments must be made through the Service. Soliciting or accepting off-platform payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or cash) to bypass the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of payouts.
• Disputes may be raised and will be reviewed by our admin team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes others' rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security.
• Solicit, request, or accept off-platform payments for tours, events, or services arranged through the Service, or otherwise attempt to bypass the platform's payment and escrow system.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display and use your content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Verification

Guides may apply for verification. Verification badges indicate identity verification only and do not constitute an endorsement by Lonan Global.

8. Subscriptions

We offer optional subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the app menu. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the conduct of guides or tourists, or the accuracy of listings. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lonan Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app menu.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
