Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from our system at any time by doing so in the app if you wish to stop using our services and all your data will be deleted.

To delete your account, go to the menu, click on my settings, then choose delete account by choosing your reasons, then confirm it and all your data will be deleted immediately. Upon deletion, you can further request that we delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Send us an email to lonanglobal@gmail.com and your data will be deleted within 24 hours of receiving your email.

**Note: Refunds or compensations do not apply to members who have voluntarily deleted their account, unless required by law.
